Archive/Delete Staff Members

Understanding how to archive or delete your Staff.

Staff member quit or terminated? You can easily remove them from your active staff list by archiving or deleting them permanently.

Why archiving staff is recommended?

We always recommend that you archive the staff member you wish to take off your staff list. A staff member might not work with you going forward; however, you may need information related to them such as the shifts they performed in past. If the member has been archived, you will be able to find such information easily. 

Deleting the Staff member will remove all past records related to them from the system.

How to Archive Staff?

  • Logon to your Manager Web app, and click on the "Staff" section at the top.
  • Choose the Staff member you wish to archive from the "All Staff" list by clicking on their name. 
  • Click the 3-dots "edit-icon" icon located just beside their name & choose "Archive".

  • Click "OK" to confirm the change.

  • Once confirmed, the staff member will be removed from your All Staff list & won't be available for scheduling going forward.

If the Staff member is already scheduled for a future shift, you will be prompted to clear their schedule. Hit "Yes" to clear the schedule & archive the staff.

If the Staff member is performing a currently ongoing shift, their duty needs to be "Force Ended" before you can archive them.


How to Delete Staff?

Only an archived Staff member can be deleted.

  • In the "Staff" section, the Archive "archive-icon" icon is located above your All Staff list on top of the Search bar. Tap on it to see the list of your archived staff members.

  • Choose the Staff member you wish to delete from the "Archived Staff" list by clicking on their name. 
  • Click the 3-dots "edit-icon" icon located just beside their name & choose "Delete".

  • Click "OK" to confirm the deleting the Staff permanently.

Deleting the Staff member will remove all past records related to them from the system.
