Edit Staff Information & Reset Password

How to edit staff details and reset their password.

As a manager, you can easily edit your Staff's details easily using the Novagems Manager Web app. Moreover, the Novagems system also allows you to reset the login password for your Staff Members, in case they forget it.

To edit the details of a staff member:

  • Logon to your Manager Web app, and click on the "Staff" section  at the top.

  • Choose the Staff member you wish to edit from the "All Staff" list by clicking on their name. 
  • Click the 3-dots "edit-icon" icon located right beside their detailed information & choose "Edit" from the dropdown.

  • Make the required edits and Click "Save" to finalize.

To Reset Password for a Staff member:

  • Logon to your Manager Web app, and click on the "Staff" section  at the top.
  • Choose the Staff member you wish to edit from the "All Staff" list by clicking on their name. 
  • Click the 3-dots "edit-icon" icon located right beside their detailed information & choose "Change Password" from the dropdown.

  • Click "OK" to confirm the reset.

  • Once confirmed, the staff member will receive their username & the new password via a text message on their registered phone number.

The Staff Member will be prompted to change their password to something rememberable on their first sign-in.
