Site Shift Reports

How to view or download the Shift Reports for a Site

Viewing, downloading or sending reports to your clients is pretty easy with Novagems. Follow the below steps to access your past reports:

  • Logon to your Manager Web app, and click on the "Sites" section  at the top.
  • Choose the Site you wish to access the Reports for, by clicking on the Site Name.
  • Click the "Reports" tab located under the Map displays the Site Location.

  • Choose the Date Range you wish to review the reports for & click "Search".

  • All available reports within the chosen date range will be listed, categorized in 3 sections:
    • All Reports
    • Not Sent - Reports which are approved but not sent to your client yet.
    • Sent - Reports which are approved and sent to your client.
  • Click on any report to view the logs or download it.

The Auto Approve option, when enabled, automatically approves your reports and sends them to your client.
