How to add specific Manager to a particular Site

Novagems allows you to assign one or multiple managers to all your sites, which they are supervising. It allows them to receive urgent notifications, as well as post orders for the staff at site.

  • Logon to your Manager Web app, and click on the "Sites" section  at the top.

  • Choose the Site you wish to add/change Managers for by clicking on the Site Name.
  • Click "Site Info" tab located under the Map displays the Site Location & scroll down to "Assigned Manager".
  • To add a new manager, click "Add Manager" and search for the manager's name. To remove a manager, click the "x" icon.
