How to assign site specific rates for Timesheets.
The Novagems system allows you to assign specific rates to each site so that you can easily generate timesheets based on the assigned rates. Here's how you can set them up:
- Logon to your Manager Web app, and click on the "Sites" section at the top.
- Choose the Site you wish to add Rates for by clicking on the Site Name.
- Click "Site Info" tab located under the Map displays the Site Location & scroll down to "Staff Rates".
- You may add the following Staff rates:
- Regular Rate
- Overtime Rate
- Double Time Rate
- Day Rate
- Night Rate
- Holiday Rate
- Click "Save" to finalize the entered rates.
