How to view/modify the default settings for a Site

As a Manager, you may wish to have specific settings aligned for specific sites according to your client's requirements. Through Novagems, you can specify these settings easily through the following steps:

  • Logon to your Manager Web app, and click on the "Sites" section  at the top.

  • Choose the Site you wish to view/change the Settings for, by clicking on the Site Name.
  • Click the "More" tab located under the Map displays the Site Location & select "Settings" from the dropdown to open the Site Settings module.

  • You can view or modify the following site specific settings:
    • Start Duty Restriction
    • End Duty Restriction
    • Shift Report Auto Send Time
    • Site Point of Contact
    • Panic Button Contact
    • Payroll Time
