Creating a Shift for a Site
Here's how you can easily create a shift for a particular site:
- Logon to your Manager Web app, and click on the "Sites" section at the top.
- Choose the Site you wish to add/view/modify a shift for, by clicking on the Site Name.
- Click "Shifts" tab located under the Map displays the Site Location, to open a calendar view of currently scheduled shifts.
- To Add a shift:
- Select a date from the calendar view and click the "Add New Shift" button.
- Add the shift Start Time, End Time & Number of Staff required.
- Click "Save" to finalize.
- Select a date from the calendar view and click the "Add New Shift" button.
- To View a shift:
- All the dates with a scheduled shift, are highlighted with blue in the calendar view.
- Click any highlighted date to view the details of the scheduled shift. It shall display the following information about the shift, along with an option to repeat this shift:
- Start Date
- End Date
- Staff Required
- Repeat Shift
- In order to repeat the shift, click the "Repeat Button" and select if you wish to repeat it on a daily or weekly, and an End date.
- Click the "Repeat" button at the bottom to save the changes.
